Cancellation Policy
A 100% fee will be charged to your card on file for any no-shows. 50% fee is charged for canceling within 24 hours of appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, there is no guarantee we can complete your service. It may be shortened or cancelled or rescheduled entirely. After 15 mins, the appointment will be cancelled.
